which hole do I punch out

Don't bother. The refill ink will most likely clog the printhead after a few pages. On top of that that little chip in that ink cart will give out the wrong info soon and the printer will not even recognize it as a real ink cart. There also is a real good chance it'll leak. I'll bet the colors will not match either.

Do not refill. It will damage the head and also will give you poor prints. Apparently it may look cheaper - in long run it gives you more headache. Your medicine expense will be more than the ink cost.
