If one is to say that some element of an individual's soul is infused into an entity that is born sometime after the original entities death, that's not entirely unplausible. In fact, it's practically scientifically necessary; conservation of energy and mass would imply that one's soul, whatever it is, has to be reused, or transformed into some other phase of matter.

However, in this event, the identity of the original individual is not maintained, so it's really irrelevant. "Oh hey, I have the same electrical flow that was possessed by Cleopatra!"

Depends on if a person believes if the Holy Bible is "The Word of God" or not. The Bible does not teach nor does support reincarnation. It would be all to cruel of a loving God to continue to bring someone back to this earth time after time with all this poverty, epidemics, disasters and just to die again and again never getting anywhere. What good would that do? What goal in life could a person ever have? You would honestly say you would like to be rebirth in this kind of world? But, God does have a more loving plan for us humans to live forever on earth without the wicked ones, without all the dying and suffering, etc... It's all in your bible. Dig in the bible...it's all there! Start in Psalms 37:10 & 11. Who does it say Will inherrit the earth?

yah I believe in past lives, and I will tell u why, this whole world has cycles, or chains, or link or what ever, you have the food chain, the nitrogen cycle, the life cycle of_______, and so forth, and it appears nature and god loves utilizing things more then once, and I feel the same is said for the human soul, recycling through lives, then dieing, returning to dirt releasing the soul, some where in there we cross into another cycle, but from the releasing of the soul we go a wait or float around in heaven, then given our next vessel as I like to call it..

The bible does mention reincarnation. As in when Jesus is approached with the bases of mariarge and widows,"Who will be married in the next life to her, to which Jesus replies in the next life, there will be no marriage, she will be intitled to no one, we will be renewed, which is reincarnation

yes I do firmly believe in past lives and incarnations and rebirth, not because my religion supports this theory but this phenomena is the answer for many life questions.Like why are some people so lovely that every body wants to be close to them and why are some such that everyone hates them even for no apparent reason. Why some people remain healthy all their life and some live a miserable life with all diseases to them. The modern science may answer this Q as Genetic problems, but I ask them why this Genetic problems in some and and healthy genes in others. There should be some reasons for these genetic problems. This is just because of their past karmas. And there are other such thousands of Q which can be answered by pastlife theory. And not only My religion but Christianity,Islam,Buddhism and every religion believes in Reincarnations.Just give a deep thought.I have read that Bible says The Christ was reborn on Easter after 3 days.So what is this a clear case of Rebirth.Isn't it??Buddha himself remembered his many past Lifes. And so on if you study Every religion carefully you'll know that every religion believes in past life and Incarnations, but some religion does not openly support this theory.

I certainly do. It isn't logical to believe a loving God would give us but one lifetime to experience all there is to experience, to learn to love selflessly, to grow in wisdom and compassion in such a limited way. And it isn't logical to think if we make one mistake we'll burn in hell forever. Reincarnation makes sense. It's like waking up each morning to a fresh day to do better than we did the day before until we've accomplished all we can.

Acording to one of my theories - if we are electro-magnetic pulses before / in / and after life , and we live parallel in alot of universes, so it's truly possible to have some like acording to Possibilities thoery of quantom physics :) - this is about past lives if ve can imagine them :p
anyway reincarnation is realy hard for understanding, and hard for performance =)

Eventhough reincarnation are discussed in history books, i still don't believe in it... i only believe that there is one God who knows our lives... who knows what's best for us... and i believe that heaven is the best place one can go... not on this earth which is but temporary... c",)

i don't know about incarnation? i would think you pass them down in to your genes and maybe then you have a great granddaughter/son that is exactky like you, he/she will repeat the same mistakes that you did in the past. kind of selfish for not thinking about your family.
