I know it's been asked earlier, but is anyone have any success logging into messenger or chat at all? I thought maybe after 4+ hours someone somewhere would be able to log in.

Well you're the 2nd person I see with the same problem - I would guess that Yahoo had a problem today with the chat server. Be patient - their pretty good and have a great site. Try again.....

No such luck I'm going on 10 hours now with no messenger.....sorry to say the world stopped spinning and yahoo crashed......server down.

looks like theres a network wide problem, i cant log into im OR email (yahoo/verizon)
long wait on the phone for tech support
status report lists no current problems tho....

Yahoo's server has been down...you can't sign into messenger until it's fixed...should be fine in a day or two...

yeah it is crazy and you cannot use other chat stuff like elite either!
