you would need to get in touch with your internet service provider..Have a tech guy walk you through that as each internet company uses different type servers for outlook express

type in Outlook Express in Search Engine, find it and download it

open up Outlook>click tools> click e0mail accounts>follow thee wizard.
you can get the information (like server) from youe old computer follow the same steps, but instead of creating a new account, click on existing accounts. everything you need is there
