You mean Thai-rice, right?

The Awamori, Okinawan local alcohole, is made from Jasmine rice.
So I guess it is easy to get that.
When you went to any local super market, ask shop clerk. He/She would tell you where you can buy.

But please ask with the name "Thai rice" or "Thai no Okome".
