if you are on a slower connction, the pics are usually the last thing to load, and it takes a minute for them to come thru. if u are on a fast connection, or have given them enough time to load up, you might be missing some specific pieces of software (for example, i couldn't play Y! games until i DLed java) look under the help section on the site that u have probs with maybe they can help you

On your internet browser their should be a setting for qquality of all pictures. If it is not on high then all pictures will probably be blurry.

Sounds like you may have to go into your control panel and go to the video section and make sure you're in high resolution. Also make sure you're not in safe mode....
