Sure, but just make sure they can function with the rest of your wardrobe. The shoes'd go great with jeans, too, though.
Be careful because the tones may not "read" on the screen the way they would at say, the mall. Tones can be off slightly enough to clash. If this is the case, some neutral shoes, maybe white, might do the trick.

They go, but I think it's too much red in comparison with the dress. Maybe lighter red shoes or white shoes.

The shoes are too dressy and shiny for the dress. The dress is more of a casual summertime dress.
