Unfortunately there is no possible way to correct or even slightly improve eyesight, without undergoing a procedure like laser eye surgery. If your so opposed about having the surgery, the only other solution, is to wear glasses or contact lenses... and please remember that you were advised to wear these, otherwise your vision may actually get worse. Hope this helps with your choice.... All the best xx

Carrots will not help unless your body is vitiman A deficient. That was a myth made up during WWII. The British made it up as an expination as to why their fighter pilots were so good.

Best solution, make an appointment with your eye doc, and get fitted for a pair of glasses or contacts. If you are worried about how contacs feel, they have gotten a lot better over the years, so try them, you will not even notice that they are there.

Good luck!

Glasses or contacts. Without surgery, those are the only ways.

If this is your first pair of glasses, ask about polycarbonate or high index lenses. Thinner, lighter, UV protected, scratch resistant. Thousands of frames to choose from, cheap stuff to ultra high end (thousands of dollars).

Please be sure to go to a reputable optician to help you choose the frame that will look right on you and talk about lens options.
