If it is a metal zipper, take a candle and rub it on the teeth of the zipper.

Wax from a candle or graphite from a pencil. Just run it on both sides of the zipper.

A very old fashioned method is to rub the teeth with a little bar soap. However, I find that the silicon-based hair glosses work better with less chance of stainiing your clothing.

close the zipper & rub it with a candle ,, try it the wax of the candle is effective

graphite powder will make it open and close easier. but you should probably just buy a new one and sew it on.
