yeah....have to go with the Punisher on this one.
Think about it; he's professionally trained, he's quiet, and he likes to think things through....where as with Batman he just threw on a cape and tights and figured out how to fight along the way, he likes to put on a show before he kicks your butt, which doesn't really work out too well that much. So all Punisher would have to do is find Batmans identity, and wait outside the Wayne corporations building (or whatever) and pluck him off with a snipers rifle from three buildings away.
Although I've always like Marvel Comics over DC so I'm a bit bias

Motherfreakin' BATMAN!
The Punisher is a vengeful S.O.B with a lot of guns and a skull on his shirt. Really, him and Batman have a lot of similiar qualities and morals, putting them both in the "anti-hero" category.
The main difference? Batman is a brilliant detective with billions of dollars to fund his madness.If you ever question Batman's ability to take down ANYONE, read a graphic novel called Tower of B abel. Batman figures out how to take each member of the Justice League (Superman, Flash, Green Lantern, et cetera) down. Pretty smart, that Batman.
To Batman, The Punisher is just another in a long line of thugs with guns!

punisher would win ..Cus he would not wate time he would just kill Batman while Batman would try to capture Frank. and send him to jail. And when Frank is cornored hes more dangerous.sooFrank Castle would win...

I guess the Punisher is a skilled killer who knows his weapons and has plenty of experience but in unarmed combat I'd have to give it to Bats, who is a master of martial arts and trained for many years.
