You must see the Blue Man Group and any of the Cirque du Soleil shows.
I would say Sigfried & Roy, but....

"O" is overrated and expensive. "La Reve" at the Wynn is similar (both have pools as stages) and far better. The tickets are much less expensive, too. I'd love to see "La Reve" again. "O" put me to sleep.
The Blue Man Group is also fabulous. I saw them when they were still at the Luxor but I'm sure the show hasn't changed a lot. If you're not really interested in theater-y type productions, Blue Men is definitely the way to go.

O is a FANTASTIC show. You will need to get tickets in advance, and the tickets run about $100, but it is totally worth it. It is a Cirque de Soliel show, and it is just totally outstanding.

Celine Dion at Caesars; LeReve at Wynn, Mystere at Treasure Island, KA at MGM are all great.

If you like the music of Queen, "We Will Rock You" was a fun, abeit cheesy, show.

i would say the treasure island but it is not good for kids any more. there is a water show outside the mirage i think.

Circe de Solei, it is just great.
Watcht out they are opening a new one at the Mirage.
