it's because Tom sold Myspace to the Yahoo! corporation and yahoo! and myspace are both down so programmers can merge the websites. sorry to burst your bubble, myspace is no more.

This is really why myspace was (and still is) down.......It was down last night and then today i got on and tom had posted a message that their was a power outage (or something) that affected some people and that it messed up myspace and hes got to fix it..... I just tryed to get on and its down again.... this is the message i get....

if anyone watched the news anymore they would know "tom" does not own myspace, myspace was owned by a group of people, who sold it to murdock last year, so no it was not merged with yahoo by "tom", oh people

Well idk wat 2 believe because i have heard rumors about that happening but i just don't know if it's true or not. But i know that Tom wouldn't sell myspace to yahoo because yahoo already has it's version of myspace called Yahoo 360 which makes me think that it's a waste combining them together. oh yea i was on myspace a couple of minutes ago and my messenger still doesn't work so dere not having the same problems.
