i really need to know the best way to clean up concrete dust and what are the proper ways and tools needed to accomplish the cleaning on a profesional level

I don't know what you are trying to clean. The bare minimum is a good shop-vac. The bigger the mess the bigger the vac. 5hp ought to do it. You are going to need dust masks to protect workers. A HEPA air cleaner would be a good thing. Some plastic sheets to isolate the dust and keep it from migrating. Are there duct works involved? Someone else would have to help you with that.

use a shop vac to get the major mess up, then damp mop the rest, if outside or where a drain is present the area can also just be hosed down
