They began to shoot some extra parts in August, in a Newsweek interview with Johny Depp he still got the golden tooth since they will resume filming soon he didnt so the point in taking them of for only a month or so.

Absolutely. As a matter of fact they filmed the 3rd and 2nd movie at the same time (Just like Matrix Reloaded and Revolutions) so it shouldn't be that far off.
