Yahoo servers that handle Messenger traffic are down. Yahoo is working on the problem and service will be restored as soon as possible. Be patient and in the meantime, why not answer some questions.

I totally agree with exbuilder it looks like he knows what hes talking about. Remember your not the only person that can't get on. I hope yahoo fixes the problem soon-Love ya.
