What's the best fishing sim you've ever played on your P.C.?

I've yet to play a good fishing sim on PC. I played a decent one on the Dreamcast with the fishing pole peripheral, but I don't remember the name. Wait until the Wii comes out, it's gonna have some killer fishing sims, because of the controller.
