Claires or the Icing, both you will find in the mall. They are owned by the same company, but claires is a little funkier, and Icing is a little more sophisticated. They have all kinds of accessories to dress up any look you are going for and are quite inexpensive. They often have specials and sales and stuff, like any three for 20 dollars stuff like that.
