It won't hurt

I'm quite sastified to try and live with the following wisdom.

Quote:

You can dislike what a person is doing, you can disagree with what they are thinking, and you can be uncomfortable with what they are feeling. But you won't gain anything if you judge or condemn them as a person.

Remember that they are a collection of strengths and weaknesses, just as you are,

If you maintain an attitude of respect or liking,
the other person will sense this and
will be far eaiser to deal with.

"Your attitude determines your altitude" is an old saying from a while back. Absolutely a positive attitude can turn an ordinary day into a great day! Similarly a crappy attitude can make the most beautiful and pleasant day stink like S@#&. So with that in mind, keep your attitude positive and you go on to have yourself a wonderful day!

It sure can.

If you have a positive attitude and everyone else is having a normal (or even a bad) day, your sunny disposition just might be enough to send them over the edge. If you survive the massacre, then you are assured of a book deal, a movie of the week, and personal appearances.

You may never have to work again.

YES! & you just made mine a little better by not asking about Yahoo messenger or Myspace. :) Really though I think that how a person views/thinks about things make ALL the difference. 2 people could experience the EXACT same thing & one have a positive outlook & walk away in a happy mood & the other have a negative outlook & walk awy in an even worse mood.

Indeed it can. You do not have to be in the midst of a great day to convince yourself that you are having one. When someone asks me how I'm doing, my constant reply is "excellent." This helps me to really stay upbeat even in the face of adversity.

That actually happened to me earlier this week, and that is not normal. I don't like my job very much but I tried and it worked, may have to do it more often.
