If they can improve the defense I think so,the O with Larry Johnson will be good.

Kansas City has been on the brink of being great for a few years, but I;m starting to think they may have missed their chance. While Larry Johnson is just getting started, their line is getting older by the minute. They lost Tony Richardson who was a big part of the run game, and Tony Gonzalez isn't getting any younger. The fact that they've never gotten a legitimate #1 receiver to take the pressure of of Gonzo hasn't helped etiher. Their defense is better, but I don't think it's good enough, and a couple of the key players are getting older also (Knight, Surtain, etc.) They're not incapable by any means, but they are on the wrong side of 30. If their younger backups don't step up and fill the void, they could be done. If the young guys do step up, they could be contenders for several more years. This year, I'm guessing they'll end up around 9-7 or 10-6.
