Ok. heres really why. Beceause Hezbollah is a terroritst organization. They've been attacking Israel for years. Lebanon is doing nothing but supporting Hezbollah. Israel is rightfully defending itself, and frankly, I think we should be helping Israel wipe out Hezbollah rather than playing with the sand in Iraq.

The big difference? The border between Kuwait and Iraq was not controlled by terrorists firing missiles into Iraq. So of course you won't hear any such criticism. In this case Israel is merely chasing down some terrorists. You know GWB loves chasing terrorsts!
I agree that the treatment of India and Iran is a double standard. However, in the case of India the "cat is out of the bag" and in the case of Iran the leaders trying to let the cat out are calling for the destruction of another country in the region as well as supporting terrorists. Pretty big difference. So in this case it is a double standard I can not only live with, it is one I endorse.

addendum:
I just noticed your other questions leading me to suspect that you might also be a pedophile. Given your name here perhaps you like animals a bit too much too? ;-P

Understand this.... There are two issues here. The middle east issues are about power and oil. The United States had it's own interests in Iraq... Oil... You have none, you don't have our attention. The majority of Americans don't understand that concept of why we are in Iraq... We were lied to... We thought it was a threat... OSAMA had everybody thinking he was everywhere and George W. used that. The second issue is Religion and that really should have been dealt with by Lebonon years ago... You can't allow terrorists to store weapons in your country and attack others from your land and not expect retaliation. Deal with Hesbolla and you'll see Americans start to pay attention. If you don't want double standards then deal with the terrorists and we'll join you.

Well to start out Kuwait didn't start a war with Iraq by sending Missiles into Iraq like The Hezbollah did to Isreal. Second Isreal is not sending in an OCCUPYING force like Iraq did with Kuwait so the Western World does not need to send in a Liberating force because there is nothing to Liberate. My question is why are you looking for American Help when you hate them so much?

1. Hezbollah was firing rockets at Israel for years.
2. Hezbollah crossed the border, killed 8 Israeli soldiers and kidnapped 2 more.
3. Lebanon was unwilling to control Hezbollah.
4. Israel is attacking ONLY to protect its own Northern border.
Hezbollah has brought this disaster upon Lebanon. Even now, Hezbollah could end it tomorrow if they would release the 2 soldiers and stop firing rockets.
Arabs do not want peace. They attack Israel constantly and then cry when Israel fights back. Many Arabs cheered when Al Queda blew up the World Trade Center, but then they whine and cry when the USA attacks back.
As an Arab you may want to consider not supporting terrorists and not attacking the US and Israel.

Kuwait was not attacking Iraq in anyway when Iraq invaded Kuwait. Hazbolla was attacking Israel for sometime before Israel launched a counter attack. You really should do a little research without your bias and paranoia tagging alone.

The thing is... Israel is fighting back against the extremist criminals in Lebanon (Hezbollah) that think all Jews must die just because they're Jewish. And since the extremist criminals are ******* who hide behind women and children and in schools or hospitals, innocent people will die.
The US/Kuwait/Iraq is an entirely different thing. Iraq, for no reason other than desiring greater access to the Persian Gulf, attacked Kuwait entirely due to greed.
The thing with Iraq, Iran and all other extremist, criminal nations is that they want to kill Americans (and Jews) just because we're American (or Jewish.) Any people that want to kill another people simply because of their different beliefs or skin color should just get the hell off of this planet. Go grow some crops or get a job to support your family and your people instead of worrying about what other people think. If you want to kill someone because of a different belief, I hope they kill you first.

Because what Israel is doing isnt called state terrorism
Its called national security.
And your comment comparing India to Iran is just too idiotic to even answer.
Do you really want to know what the "double standard" is?
The double standard is when your terrorist friends launch rockets and attacks against Israel and thats ok ... but when Israel hits back and kicks your A$$ES you run crying for help from the UN.
Thats the REAL double standard here.

Israel is not preforming an act of terrorism, Israel has to fight back sometime, the Lebanese are harboring terrorist, and they have been terrorizing Israel for years.. there is a time you just have to say enough is enough... The US went to Afghanistan for the same reason, to not support them would be double standard.. The US helped India, because they were threatened by Pakistan, who also has nuclear technology..

Hezbollah has led a state sanctioned (Iran and Syria) war of terrorism against innocent Israeli civilians for a very long time. They have sent their homicide bombers into Israel and killed and maimed Israeli citizens. Israel left southern Lebanon in 2000 thinking this would end Hezbollah's incursions into Israel. They were wrong. Their goal is to rid Lebanon of Hezbollah once and for all. It is not their fault that Hezbollah members are such cowards that they have placed their rocket and missile launchers in residential neighborhoods. I feel very sorry for the innocents on both sides of this conflict. I also believe that Israel has the right to defend itself. That is precisely what they are doing.
