Washing it. Keeping your hair out of your face. Observe what foods you eat around the time your face is more oily and stay away from them. Use facial wipes, like Clearasil. It works:)

they have creams that will help with your oily skin, biore has a really good one out there, also do not overwash your face, this just makes you produce more oil, and lastly buy iol blotters they are thin little papers that soak up the oil.

change some of the products you use on your hair. such as hair spray which has all kinds of oils, hair grease etc. when you put greasy items in your hair, the oil has nowhere to go but through your scalp and out on your face! i found that a silicone hair product will give your hair a natural shine, also make it soft to the touch and a pleasant smell!

Be sure to moisturize even though your skin is oily, though.

You could try oil obsorbing powder. Or clean and clear oil absorbing sheets. I've never used them, but i've heard good things about them.

wash it less: it seems like it should be the opposite but its not, wash it 2-3 times a day, i've also heard that it helps alot to use rice paper to absorb oil
