I mean if you were born on Leap Year when you turn 16 really you would be turning 4.... I mean what would you do????
Or what does your friend or family do if you know someone who was born on Leap Day.

I had a friend in grade school that was born on Feb 29. She just celebrated her B-day on Feb 28 every year. If you count her actual birthdays, she would be 11 years old. She was born in 1964. She had all kinds of fun when people asked her age and probably still does.

A friend of mine got married on leap day.So he only has to remember the anniversary every four years!!!!

My ex sister-in-law celebrates on February 28, or March 1, whichever works out. Not really a big deal.

you still gain your years i think they count march 1st as the day for the in between years.... good question
