A few weeks ago the Brazilian govt announced they would be building 7 new nuke reactors. Chavez and Morales are trying to get Mercosul to help out Cuba. Cuban doctors have been seeking refuge in various countries so that they don't have to go back to Cuba after they were sent by Fidel to help out in Bolivia and Venezuela.

More of the same. A communist or socialist "elected" official in Venezuela is using the same tactics Hitler used against the Jews against the United States. He is using hate against the U.S. to solidify and expand his power among his countrymen. He blames the U.S. for all the problems in his country and the world. He makes laughable pronouncements against the U.S. and tells his citizenry that he is fighting against the great and terrible U.S.A. for them.
There is no good news in the world.
