Sure, why not. But you have to check out if your ear have ample space for the second holes. Personally it is only encouragingly to piece at the ear lope. Since its only the soft tissue. (I have two holes piece at the ear lope). But other parts of the ear, you have to be very careful. Seek professional advise.

Piecing too many holes too close is not nice. You also have to consider what types of earrings that you wear most often and what is your occupation. Certain occupation do not favor you with many earrings not unless you are in the creative line. Visualize how it will look with 2 earrings of different styles and will it collide and tangle and be uncomfortable?

If you want to, then do it. It would look cute if you put hoops in the first piercing, and then a stud in the second. That's what my neighbor does, and it looks really cool.

I am thinking the same thing about myself, my mom has hers pierced twiced and I think it looks really cute.
