why is it that a hard workin white man has no chance with any kind of assistance from the government?

im a white male who has to pay my ex g/f an ungodly amount of money for child support and shes on government assistance but i cant get it.so ive come to believe that in this day and age if your not of a "minority" e.g.......preganant fat lazy white woman,or of another race then your out of luck

I did. I was working full time, and trying to attend college full time, and I had three children at the time. I applied and received a Pell Grant that paid for my three remaining years at a top-notch, major university. I never had to pay it back and when I graduated I got a great job that required that I paid my fair amount of taxes that today goes for the next generation of qualified and deserving individuals (regardless of race) to also attend college at no cost.
So your initial thesis is wrong to begin with.

question too vague, give more info.
what type of assistance do you require?
so your just really mad cause you have to pay child support money and feels like the goverment some how should give it back? i understand your problem now, get a second job maybe...?
oh and by the way, you could have 3 kids and work and the goverment dont do sh*t for you. the goverment wants you to either be poor and get handouts, or try to do something with your life and struggle. i have a grandmother right now that lives off of SS check.
they offered her 15$ a month is food stamps
15 bucks.
but yes you do have some people that have 4 kids work at burger king and get close to $500 food stamps a month. its just a game dear.

Everyone who NEEDS assistance offered by the government will eventually get it IF they file the right forms AND wait in the right lines.
