The activities of ISI are well known. While the ordinary citizens should not be blamed, those in power are hostage to ISI and Army. Declaring Pakistan a terrorist state may lead to reform within the country or it may become a true terrorist state which could be a bigger problem for the world.

As long as US keeps it eyes shut, reform in Pakistan is not going to happen.

While in theory I am "for" your question, from the view of practicality, I am "against".

Good luck.

Pakistan is a terrorist state and must be "silenced." However, it is now receiving Western support in the form of weapons and such after it started hiding Osama bin Laden. We will still defeat them no matter who their allies are. Jai Hind!

Note: The Pakistani government itself is a terrorist "organization"

Bin Laden hides there as well as those who recently bombed Kashmir. Now, if Musharraf knows of their whereabouts and allows them to operate, then I, too, would consider them a terrorist state. If he does not know of their whereabouts, and in light of the highly mountainous terrain of pakistan, I would say that the label is probably undeserved.

Of course I am not privy to the CIA intelligence reports about such matters.

if Iraq was a "terrorist state," as so many conservatives like to say...

then Pakistan must be a terrorist super stronghold, because it has MANY more links to terror than Iraq ever had... the entire south is filled with terrorists...

it's basically the same situation as Lebanon... neither nation has control of their southern border and the terrorists come and go as they please...

we have a lot more reason to go into Pakistan than we ever did to go into Iraq...

I dunno. There are some Palestinians who don't really want war and the destruction of Israel. At the same time, their elected government is basically a group of terrorist thugs.
