I know that video editing requires a lot of resources. I now have a P4 / 2ghz of speed, I increased my ddram to 1 gb. Also, I have a an All-In-One ATI Wonder Card, with 64 ram. What is the best video card out there for video editing for around 200 to 300 dollars, that also includes a TV Tuner?

I think you already got it! Most capture cards are dediated. Such as the ones from Pinnacle. These are just capture cards with editing software (Studio). No tuner. No video support.

um, the ones that cheap arn't that great. and ur resources arn't too powerful.
Its like digging for coal using a hammer and a nail, when there are diggers, jack hammers and explosives you could use.
Try a faster processor, like 3ghz or more.
but the VGA for 200 to 300?

But I don't think the Radeon X1800GTO2 has a TV tuner.

Stick with the All-in-Wonder series, but honestly, that rig won't do that great even with an incredible new card.
