No, sorry. Nintendo DS will only work for Nintendo wii. It's the generation glitch. Like saying you can't play gameboy advance games for the n64, only game boy color works. Each portable nintendo game has its own home console to be compattable with. Sorry, but looks like you're going to have to buy a nintendo wii to see your DS connect to a console.

For the more technical approach, someone would have to do HEAVY modding. First, they would have to remove the ARM7 and find a way to get both th original ARM7 and a new ARM9 on the GBA player. Next, they would have to find a way to manipulate the player's ROM to a interpreted Nintendo DS rom (You need a nintendo DS to make this legal, and heavy modifications if possible to the code). You would then need to find a way to attatch a tablet to it for touchscreen functions, while using a GameCube controller for the buttons. Finally, find a way to put a DS Card reader in it.
Difficulty level: Insanely Hard, I can't even think how it's possible!!?
