Make sure you have a job BEFORE you get to Vegas. It can be hard to get one once you get there. Companies are tough to hire because a lot of new comers dont stay for long. Casino's on the strip take about 6 months to get hired on. I lived at the corner of Boulder and Russel in Firenze if you are looking for apartments. They are about 2 years or so old and very nice. Look around the 215 corridor, Stephanie St....those are new and nice areas.

Rent vs own...depends on if you plan on staying. The property market is going up. Average 3 br 2 ba cluster home goes for starting at $350k in a nice area, that was last year...but the market is growing exponentially.

Fly out there first and check things out before commiting to moving there. I did, and still only lasted just shy of a year. I missed the east coast more than I was willing to stay in Vegas.

He also asks what i'm doing there and says i'm no longer meant to be there, yet I surely have permission to come back by using after college. we are all uninterested with it and are about to kick his a** sometime quickly. he's inquiring for it. We tell the instructors what is going on, yet they continuously take his area. How stupid and stressful is that?
