I think your fears are well-grounded, and here's why.
Sagittarius is a mutable sign, which means he's readily affected by events around him and easily swayed. It's a fire sign, indicating a strong sexual drive. Sun signs alone do not determine a person's personality and tendencies. You really need a complete chart.
However, if just judging by sun sign, I would say:
1st: Scorpio
2nd: Libra
3rd: Pisces
4th: Sagitarius
5th: Aries
6th: Virgo
7th: Capricorn
8th: Aquarius
9th: Cancer
10th: Gemini
11th: Leo
12th: Taurus
I practice astrology as a hobby and truly observe people around me in order to help "focus" my research. This is what I have come up with over the past 5 years.

All signs cheat -- it just depends on how. A Libra will cheat with impunity, a Scorpio will cheat furtively, and an Aries will get caught because he's not very good at hiding things. As for Sagittarians, though, they're probably less likely to do it at all because they take things pretty seriously.

The sign isn't the issue. I was taught (in a class) that studies show the way to find out if a guy is likely to cheat is one thing; does he believe that cheating is wrong or not? If he believes it's wrong, he most likely won't; if he doesn't believe it's wrong it's very possible he will.

Mostly Gemini's cuz they are too care free and don't giv a *** about your feelings!!Well only some guys that are Gemini's do that but the ones i know do!!!Well i've been with a Saggitarius and he didn't cheat on me but he just lost interest and picked fights on purpose so we broke up!!!Well um.....Saggitarius will cheat if they don't think you're right and are scared to break up with you they will cheat!But some will make you wanna break up with them!!

C'mon, you don't really believe this horoscope stuff do you?
85% of people will cheat, if the right circumstances are in place. These are:
- belief they won't get caught
- opportunity
- a reason to feel justified in their actions.
Note: none of these have to be logical or acceptable to you; only to the cheater.

Libra: They are most likely to cheat because they hate....HATE to be alone.
Scorpio: As long as your giving them good sex...and PLENTY of it, it's all good.
Leo: They love attention and love the limelight. I know with the Leo men, they tend to have more female "friends" because of their outgoing personality.
Gemini: One twin may want to stay while the other wants to stray.
Pisces, Cancer, Taurus & Saggitarius are less likey to cheat. With a Sag, as long as your just as outgoing as they are and don't try to cage them in (they don't like possessive attitudes), then they won't stray. :)

The sign to most likely cheat is the Scorpio because they are the most sexual of the signs, andthey are not satisfied, they will find others to satisfy them. I don't think you have to worry about your sag crush.
