A best friend is a person who is there for you no matter what and vice versa,always remeber you have to be a friend to have a friend! I have had the same best friend since I was 11 and we are both 40 now! We have been through sooo much together,eachothers weddings,kids growing up,,We used to go to clubs together guys or no guys we would find some!!LOL It is finding a friend for life that you can tell anything to and they keep your secret and do not sleep w/yoour boyfriend just a pact that it will NEVER HAPPEN!!! Once that trust is broken it is over! There are so many different things best friends can be there for it just depends onthe friends! It happens naturally!!

Being there for each other no matter what. Telling your best friend the truth and not being afraid to do that. Trying to help your friend in any situation. To be able to forgive your friend if you do have a falling out. Knowing what your friend is thinking, and laughing at the same jokes and having the same kind of goofy sence of humour. That is what a best friend is about

A best friend is the first person you call when you're having a bad day or something's gone wrong because they're the only person who can make you feel better.
A person who you can do everyday thing with, but still have the best time.
Someone who you can spend a whole week with, but still never get tired of them.
Someone who you connect with.

I know personally that a bestfriend wouldn't be a backstabber. He or she is trust worthy. A bestfriend doesn't let you get into a heap of crap and not help you.
A bestfriend tells you when something is wrong,if it's your attitude,or something you did.
Bestfriends are loyal,honest. A bestfriend is almost like having another family member, a bestfriend is close to having love on a different level.

a best friend is someone who you can trust and is always there for you. a best friend is someone who you never have to worry that they are going to stab you in the back or tell your crush that you like them. but that's really the same as trust so there you go.

in my world, it's understanding and support despite the things that make us different. that doesn't mean they can take advantage of you. it must be a 2-way street.
it's an appreciation of the other person, and the joy they bring to life., whether it's yours or someone else.
trust, honesty, openness and love are the anchors.
