i have had boost for the past month or two. I have had no problem with service. Customer service is a little weary but they help after some time. I had to wait about 3 days to get my number changed. Everytime i called they said give it 24 hours to take affect and call back. But otherwise a good phone the i450.

properly as a Virgin cellular shopper I gotta say i'm disillusioned with their service these days. They value you 10 cents an afternoon for this and that. I lost my telephone for some weeks and when I got here upon all of it my money replaced into long gone as a results of fact of their secret expenditures. I actual have been using VM for years and enjoyed their centers till those days. i think of they are robbing human beings now. yet internet 10 is rather undesirable, i does no longer purchase their telephone the two. i could bypass with cingular. in basic terms as a results of fact they have the roll over minutes. they do no longer in basic terms disappear on the tip of the month like all one else. yet---- VM does have suger mama, the place you are able to bypass on line and watch provides for loose airtime. you will get 5 loose minutes an afternoon. That helps once you're out of time and can't rush to purchase yet another card.

I don't have a pre-paid phone but my little sister has a boost moble and it seems pretty better than my cousin's virgin moble

LISTEN YOU CANT GET FREE STUFF FROM VIRGIN MOBILE FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE BUT VIRGIN MOBILE. the program is called virgin mobile insiders, and not much people know about it. out of the 60,000 vm users, only about 1,000 of them are a part ot the virgin mobile insiders. you can however get free virgin mobile phones WAY before they hit store from vigin mobile. you can also get free cd's, concert tickets, top-up cards and more from virgin mobile. virgin mobile have a program called virgin mobile insiders and not mush people know about it. out of 60,000 vm users there are only about 1,000 vm insiders. we promote virgin mobile and spread the word and we get pionts fo get music, new phones, digital cameras, ipods, AND ITS ALL FREE!!!! this isnt a gig
