Not necessarily. I would have said more things about you than just your eyes if I liked you like that. She may feel something for you, though. You have to look at the whole situation first before deciding that she likes you. How does she act toward and around you? How kind is she to you? Does she like anything else other than your eyes? Whatever the case is though, it'll work out.

Depends...because I have a lot of guy freinds and I always give them complements like that but I do not have any feelings for them. But on the other hand when a girls says something like "I love your eyes" or something like that then she might like you....

No, if a girl says you have nice eyes, then she probably just means that you have nice eyes. If she tells you that you have nice ****, then that could be a totally different signal.

it means your eyes are your best feature. simple and plain... some people their smile is their best feature. some people their hair is their best feature.. i wouldnt read more into that statement if it were me.

depends on how she says it. how was she looking at you when she said that. did you guys make eye contact and have a "moment". these are all things that need to be considered.

well, it could be a compliment, subtle flirting, or the person is trying to let you know they like you very much. My advice, either flirt or compliment the person back and see where it goes. Good Luck! :)
