Just graduarte from a college, seeking the job that close to my major which is Economics. it's hard to find a job, blow-up a few times during the interview. Maybe the English is not fluent enough, those interviewers qiuckly turn you down just by talking with you. they don't care about your ability but you communication kills only. Is there anywhere I ca find a job that don't need to be so strictly about speech. I live in San Jose.

Communication is critical in the job market. If you cannot communicate, no one will hire you even if you are the best at what you do.

I'd recommend joining a local Toastmaster's club. You can learn public speaking, leadership, and be a lot more impressive. You'll find your interview skills improve and your leadership value will skyrocket.

Unfortunately, this is America where you have to have good communication skills. If you do not have this, then you are a risk. A degree does not mean that you are automatically entitled to a job. There are other factors that are involved when employers are looking for potential candidates. Excellent communication skills are most important.

Apply,Apply,Apply, keep looking persistence always pays off.
You might also try communication classes at that collage, or join toast Masters to improve your communication skills. If they can not understand you then the problem is a matter of competing with someone with the same credential that they can understand.

Tough world. I still have a year to finish my Translation and Interpreting course and they didn't even give me a job at Starbucks. Go figure.

you need job experience. you need to work your way up. you need to start out low. try and get a low paying job at first and then move up. the job you want is gotten by people that just get out of college.
