We just got out of a fight where she thinks that I accused her of cheating on me, but the truth is that, i didn't. i was just afraid that she would g out with my best friend instead of me. So, will she be able to trust me as much as she did before this whole thing started?

Sounds like you aren't too sure about how she feels about you. Nothing can turn a girl off faster than a jealous, possessive or insecure guy. Don't talk about it anymore unless she brings it up and then just tell her you're sorry and won't do that again. Be confident. If you are her boyfriend then she obviously wants to be with you.

It sounds like you do not trust her. What made you accuse her? Was she talking to your friend? Was she talking to your friend like she was talking with you?I think in my opinion it sound like you are not ready for a girlfriend just a friend. What would the mature thing to do?

If she thinks you are cheating now, she will always think that. It is probably her nature to be suspicious based on experiences from her own past. If you want to stay with her, you have to accept she will be like this and forget about it.
