I'm 15, too! I started wearing makeup at about 13 years old and I have grown obssessed with makeup and I can say this...go as natural as possible.
I know you wouldn't want to hear that natural is the best, but it's so true! The basics: mascara, natural eyeshadow, blush, and lip gloss.
I started wearing eyeliner and stuff to make myself look better, but then I realized that I was using it to make me look different, not to enhance my looks. Pretty soon, people got so used to my "made up" face that when I went to the beach and didn't wear makeup, people would say I looked real different. This is something you don't want happening to you. I mean, what are the chances that you're going to be wearing makeup 24/7? Not likely.

Hi, I'm 15 too, I wear eyeliner, eye shadow, mascara, liquid liner, blush, lip stick ( just remember one colour lip stick does not make you liops look good, you need one to outl line them and then put the next coulr on blending into the other) and occasionaly foundation. Thats if I'm going out. However when I'm staying home I dont see the need to wear makeup, other than a bit of eyeliner, let your skin breath, moisturize it, it will last longer! I use the least foundation and if I do I scrub my face well after to wash it off, and moisturzie it well.Good luck!

Light colors, please no black eyeliner. That looks really bad unless it's worn right, but I don't think you're old enough to wear black eyeliner yet. My younger sister is 13 and she wears black eyeliner...... and she looks like a raccoon. I've tried telling her that it doesn't look good but she won't listen. Anyway, light colors are best until you're 17 or 18. Have someone that sells makeup (Mary Kay, BeautiControl, Avon, etc.) come over and teach you how to apply it correctly. I sold make up for awhile and went to classes on it and I learned alot. So that's why I say have one of those ladies show you. There are so many things to learn, you wouldn't think so... but there is! Your friends may think they know, but it's always best to learn from a pro if you want to look your best.
P.S. I'm not some old lady trying to teach you something, I'm 23 so I'm still in style! haha

as a 15 year old, i wear foundation, with a brush on spf 20, with tint in it. It really blends great to make your skin color even. And i put on mascara, lots of it, because it draws attention to your eyes. But i would start of slow, so people arent like wow, she wants to wear makeup know. Just start with foundation first then slowly work into lots of mascara.
Good luck and remember less is always better.
DONT CAKE IT ON EITHER!!!

As little as possible. Too many girls use way too much makeup. I do agree with a little mascara and some lip stick or gloss. That is usually more than enough.

I'm fifteen, and I wear Foundation that matches skin to hide blemishes, blush to add a bit of color to my checks smile and add it to your upper dimples if you have them, Then I usually put on a light tented lipgloss, or clear, and a bit of eye liner and mascara, then at night if I'm going out I also add a bit of eyeshawdow,

Hope that helps some!

Less is best. You'r still very young and should have pretty clear skin. Makeup will only damage that. Natural beauty is prettier.

how about your dad's foot in your @ss? j/k anything that doesn't make you look cheap. Something simple you know how to put on, and something that isn't overly out of control. Like some simple flesh colored tones, lip gloss, and a very SMALL bit of eye shadow.
