I have asked 4 questions tonight and enjoyed hearing the responses from everyone but there were some answers where I would love to have an opportunity to be able to talk back about an issue. Wouldn't you like to read someone's rebutal? The only way I could work around it was to ask another question. Limit it to 300 words.

If you click back on the question, you can "add details" which is a way to talk back. If you need more lengthy space, then you can try sending that person an email? Or find another outlet for your vent/ideas - a bulletin board or forum?

You have a couple of options. Rebut in the form of a question or be concise and place it in comments. Peace.

I've seen questions asked where the asker later on adds remarks to their question in response to responders. I also can edit and add remarks to my own answers later on as well; it's been done.

You do have the option to edit your question after you've put it, and add extra comments ... but I do agree with you, a rebuttal space is not a bad idea ....

the person who posted this question

"am i liberal or conservative?"

used the additional information to address people who had answered the question.
you may be able to use that area not only to ask a question but to direct people to continue conversation by going to a new question you pose.

It does. Look in the right of the window. It allows you to add information. I do it all the time.
