Okay, this might take a little doing, but trust me, it's worth it. The band is The 77's (www.77s.com) and the album you want is an older one of theirs called Sticks and Stones. My old roommate had a cassette of the album and it was the *only* soundtrack for when we took out his ski boat. (I know, not "sailing," exactly, but I still think it'd work). Good rock and blues, plus some cool moody stuff thrown in as well. The 77's are most likely the best band you've never heard of. Been around over 20 years, based out of Sacramento. I've seen them up and down the west coast about seven or eight times - always give a stellar show. The lead singer/guitarist, Mike Roe, is one of the best axemen in the business. Give 'em a try. You can probably find the S&S album on ebay for a buck or so - so very worth it. (Update - just checked ebay - the CD is apparently out of print and going for upwards of twenty bucks. Sorry. Still worth it, though - check out their site, and they might even have a myspace site with music on it, though I'm not sure. Honestly, still worth paying the $26 or whatever, though. It's definitely one of my albums I'd want to have with me on a desert island.

the sounds of the crashing waves, the sounds of the birds, nature carries the most beautiful music
