i am planning on getting a pet but i dont know witch one to choose a cat or a dog you choose i will choose the best answer as my choice oh and what would you name it

Get a homeless kitty. They are quiet and litter trained. Call him Thumper.

Sorry but no. This question is not fair to you or the pet you decide to get. If you are having difficulty deciding on which to get a cat or a dog, then maybe your not ready yet. Think about what type of dog you would like to have, or better yet, what type of life-style do you have? Then decide if a cat or dog is best for you. When you decide, if it should be a dog, get on the web and do research on that type of breed. Be sure this breed will meet your wants and needs. Alot of times people say, "Oh, I want a Chi just like Paris Hilton". Until they get one. They may take it out in purses all the time or play dress up all the time, never letting the dog be just what he is, a dog. Then the dog starts snapping at people etc. Dogs need to be dogs first then breed. I'm stating all of this because you sound so undecided as to what you want, and I don't want to see you make a mistake. This is a very important and personal decision. Let it be the one you decide, and not us. Besides, I think you'll have more fun that way. But, what would be even neater is, after you decide what it is you want, come back and tell us what you chose. Thank you for asking us, but let it be your own personal choice. How exciting.

A cat. MALE: Diago FEMALE: Kitty
~They won't wake you up by barking at cats.
~They catch rats
~They won't lick your feet and face with slime
~They won't make a big mess
~You don't have to walk around the house looking for poop and pee.
~You don't have to walk the cat in the park and clean after it.
~You have to potty train the cat but then you'll look at the toilet mess clean it up. Its not every where.

Cats are more like people, they develope their own personalities even with training dogs are more dependent.

I think you will love a cute sweet & cuddley shih tzu they are the most addorable dog. Very easy to train, & abide by their owners.

Kitty's are better because you don't have to worry about walking them every day to go to the bathroom or worry about them barking alllllllllllllllll night long!!
