I think boys do, but ,does it really matter? because this is a personal choice, and I know of girls that like to do it just as much as boys, besides it feels good and is healthy, it also is the alternative to other kind of sex that can have more serious consequences that can be life changing and or life destroying, try not to abuse it as to it become an obsession and you will be alright.
