I am a female and have been married. I think it is horrible. When you get married you make a commitment to be with that person and that person only. Swinging is breaking that commitment. It can only hurt a relationship in the long run! So why ruin your marriage?!

I am a married bisexual woman. My husband and I date women TOGETHER and hope to find one to join us ofr the long term, we dont exactly swing, but if recreational sex is your thing, well it couldnt be worse than horse betting, drinking, having church take over your whole life (Been to that ride, was no fun!!!) or any other hobby. In fact its a whole lot more fun and healthy.
While I must know fifty swingers, I dont know any who have divorced and I dont know any who have STD's, so I think those comments are all red herrings.

It is up to the couple to decide what is right or wrong in their OWN relationship. It's no one elses business or place to judge. If both parties in the relationship are fine with it, then swinging is not wrong for them.

YES! If "swinging" is what you want, why get married in the first place? Marriage is a commitment to each other, it does not include having sex with other people!

YES!!! Why get married if your gonna sleep with other people???
I understand it's supposed to spice up ur sex life, but why would u want to bring in another person or couple? that dont help bring u closer to eachother it brings u closer to other people. I think it's cheating but with your spouses concent because ur both cheating! i think its a sure thing that the marriage wont last!
Plus do u really want ur kids/ relative know that your married but your still sleeping around? Thats the reason that alot of people get a divorce!!!
But hey...to each his own!

I don't think it's wrong. I've been to a swinging convention in Houston, and it was hott. The people who say its wrong are just closeminded and have dull sex lives. You do what you want to do in the privacy of your home. It's not like you are robbing a bank or killing someone. You are just having fun, and it takes someone who loves themself and has faith in their relationship to swing. Just be you, don't worry about what society thinks.

Yes. One of the biggest points of an exclusive relationship, such as marriage is sharing your body with one other person only. If you want to swing, stay single.

It's like playing Russian Roulette. The only swingers I've ever known ended up divorced and with STDs.

I'm probably old-fashioned, but yes, I think it's very wrong.
Every "swinger" I've ever met has been creepy and quite ugly (even if they are young and conventionally attractive, there is still something ugly about them).
It generally seems to lead to divorce and unhappiness, and in several cases, murder.
I can't see it going anywhere good.

As long as everyone is an adult and the ground rules are understood upfront then no, I see nothing wrong with. Just respect each others boundaries and limitations and remember,--- No means No!!!
