Focus on your weaknesses first.
Shot blocking isn't something particularly useful in younger leagues such as high school because you are more likely to get called for fouls on clean blocks than to have it help you. So unless you like to pick up the fouls, don't worry about shot blocking.
Rebounding is pretty basic because you just put your weight into your butt and shuffle your feet to clear your oponent back and use your arms to figure out which way they are going. Offensive boards are more timing so just watch the ball how it comes off the rim and run in there if there is a hole between defenders if it is coming off that way, otherwise go back on defense.
Scoring wise try developing a baseline move if you are a guard or forward. I figured out in my freshman year that you can basically force yourself in for a basket if you don't have a man who is dedicated to taking away baseline. After a few drives stop and pop for a jumper. If you are a good shooter, drain a couple of shots from a certain area, getting your man to respect you and a few trips later, pump fake and drive. Scoring is about mind games, honestly.
Shooting should be left up to your coach really because there are so many types of shooting problems that one person could possibly have.

I definitely have by no ability spent a great variety of time in this area, so i could no longer say with the aid of the years no count if this is extra effectual or worse than it was once. i'm particular that regulars could be responsive to for particular. R&S is an emotive subject count on any talk board web site, in particular with the aid of fact some non secular people and atheists alike get on talk board web pages to no longer shoot the breeze, yet to transform others. And no count what you have self assurance in, there is one familiar actuality that mixes us all: no-one likes a lecture. :)
