If you are dealing with continual depressing, you see a doctor.
If you are dealing with transient depression, you do SOMETHING
to keep your mind going. Go see a silly movie with silly friends.

Staying at home alone is usually not a good answer. Staying at home
with a good friend bitching about other people is a great answer!

Don't give in!!! You have to mentally attack this problem. Its a mind set. First you have to change the way you are thinking. Your pattern of though, is weighing you down. Instead of concentrating on the bad in your life, make yourself think of answers for your problems. Go to people that have been in your situation and let them help guide you. Its not easy!!! But you can do it!!! Take it one minute at a time. When you get thru that, then take it hour to hour, day to day. When you find yourself concentrating on the negative, you have to have a safety net ready. Your negative thought pattern has to be terminated, and replaced by positive feedback. The less you concentrate on being defeated the more reassurance your brain thoughts will be come. You have to believe in you!!! Eventually by positive reinforcement, a day, soon will come, and you will feel better, look better, and be better. Start now, by believing in "you". There is only one thing in life that each and everyone of us can depend on, and that is just our self!

I force myself to get off my butt and go on! It would take too long to just lay there and die; it would hurt, too. I'm impatient and am allergic to pain, so I pick myself up and keep going. I always found that once I've done it, it wasn't so hard to do.

Do you get like this often? It may be to your advantage to see a therapist. If you don't do that, at least find a friend that you can confide in when you feel like this. Friends can great for grabbing you by the hair and pulling you off the couch! If you get like this a lot and your friend tells you you're really bring them down, then you should definitely see a therapist.

It'll get better. Just pick yourself up and keep going, you'll see.

You suck it up and move on. Life is hard, love is worse, but what you go through makes you who you are. Life isn't suppose to be easy. If it was, think of how bored you would be. You wouldn't appreciate anything because it wasn't hard. You just deal with it the best than you can and live life. Nothing is a mistake if you learned something from it.

first I go to the EMR or if it can wate I call my family doctor in the morning. There ate pills that help this. Also you doctor can help guide you in the right direction. While you are wating you might call a friend or family and tell them how you feel. Yoiu cood even have a friend over till your doctor's apoitment. If you are real bad call 911

when i feel i cant go on i think about life and what drives me to do something each day..me its my dad. he pasted away so i know hes watching..and when i feel i cant go on i look at why i need to go on. i wouldnt be just letting myself down i would be letting him down too.
