Yes, now the teeny pretards go into cardiac arrest if the Palm Pilot or Blueberry or IPod doesn't work... all of this is electronic ka-ka ...how about something real, like a job, maybe?
And the telephone had a round plastic thing with holes in it you had to spin around to dial, and there was no such thing as touch tone...

Are you always this grouchy? And honestly... do you really think the majority of people using Yahoo Answers actually remember life without email?! Remember, you are dealing with a whole different generation here... Don't expect too much of people, ok?! Heck, I get peeved sometimes when I can't get my email too... my husband is in Iraq, we've got our house on the market in Arizona... sometimes you just need email. Honestly. And if you can't comprehend that, then that's YOUR deal. Don't get mad and use bold print because OTHER people are mad about their email... what's the point?! Take care, relax, maybe have a drink. It'll seem better in the morning. =)

We were hit by a major storm a few days ago and just got our power back, water is still off. Let me say, after several days with no power, no running water, the threat of the heat, with children to provide and care for, and few places functioning in the city, I don't see email as a high concern. Appreciate what you have and be thankful, email will be fixed sometime, and even if it wasn't, it isn't nearly as important as so many other things.

I TOTALLY agree. Its like, get your lazy butt off the computer and use the frikin phone!!! All people do nowadays is sit around the computer and complain if e-mail or internet goes down. Who cares? It'll be back up tomorrow! Go for a bike ride! Or read a book! There is more to life then sitting around in the house on the comp all day.
And anyways, telling a bunch of people on yahoo won't fix your e-mail.

You seem looking on the incorrect variable. Fanboys mainly have a tendency to a minimum of appear like idiots. however, if it is an replace between one fanboy and yet another, why ought to it is smart? it is like discussing events communities, you comprehend who you want, you do not want a rationalization why, and no volume of smart verbal replace will sway you or the different party. I play PS3 and function owned 4 Xbox 360's and a couple of PS3's. both my PS3's nonetheless artwork, all my xbox's died.

I agree with you but I dont think that people are idiots for feeling the way that they do. For one thing people are use to modern technology and expect to get what they pay for. If we didnt pay our internet bill you can bet that we would not be getting our service but when the computer programs dont work we keep on paying without an apology correct? but one day is no big deal.

I agree with you 100%. I feel bad for people that are addicted to their email, cell phones, and PDAs. The world is very unpredictable. Someday, this precious information superhighway could have a big ROAD CLOSED sign on it for a very long time. Always have a backup plan. Always.

You have voiced the opinion of many people here on "answers." We are tired of the whining about no IM or no email. We will survive this! Does Yahoo know how many dissatisfied people it is getting from this? Could we all turn to another service and bankrupt Yahoo?

Amen sista...... I am so sick of having to read 15 IM or e-mail questions just to find one that is interesting. Thanks. I only wish they could simply read the answers to the other hundreds of questions posted today. Maybe this is a ploy plotted by the Yahoo guys to make people want to use answers knowing that it is so adictive... just a thought. Best wishes
