I am about a month along, I started to feel those same feeling in my stomach too. I asked the doctor and he said that it was most likely gas. But just to be safe make sure you let your doctor know whats going on. It could be that you are further along then you first thought.
Betters safe then sorry..

In your first month of pregnancy your baby is about the size of your thumb nail and surrounded by the amniotic sac , so the feeling you are experiencing is not the baby.... IF you are one month pregnant.

pregnancy does wonderful, weird things to your digestive tract. not to mention all the things it does to your circulatory system. it could just be the increased blood flow to that area that you feel.

It may be spasms in your uterus from having something new growing in it. Remember, your uterus is smaller than your fist to start with.
