We (my husband and my two year old) are thinking about taking our vacation to myrtle beach in september. Will there still be plenty of things to do and will the weather still be nice?

I think September is the best month to go. It isn't as hot as July and August, but if you wait until October it can get a little too cool. The shops and restaurants are still on summer schedule, I think it's mid-October before they go on off-season schedule. Also, school is back in, so there won't be as many people vacationing.

properly i visit inform you, you may ought to wish for an outstanding south swell in case you even favor to consider surfing at myrtle. it truly is delicate, slow, ankle to shin severe almost each and every of the time there. no longer some thing fairly sturdy to surf. And even as those uncommon cases come the position there is a few thing to surf, it truly is going to be crowded with over protective locals and wanna be kooks. in case you want to surf in SC, you should head all the way down to Folly coastline. so a lot more effective. you've were given some relaxing interior the shore damage with a body board once you should pass to myrle. The shore damage is often positive for bodyboarding, yet its large short so that you wont get that lengthy of a experience.

It should still be nice and there is plenty to do. Make sure and go to the Dixie Stampede while you are there. It's a good show and food. The weather seems to be so "off" everywhere right now that who knows :) but it usually would still be very nice.

September is a great month to go! The weather will be great, prices will be down, not as many crowds and all the attractions will still be open.

Don't walk around alone. Some guys tried to rape someone I know there not long ago. Myrtle isn't safe anymore. Pass the word.
