Why do Europeans have a game called "football", when it should be called "prance around a field like my little pony ball"? Soccer sucks! You are obviously too simple minded to apreciate the strategic plays of football (American). Playing football takes physical prowess, skill, intelligence, strategy, mental and physical conditioning. Football players are modern day knights of athleticism. Soccer players are just hairy men wearing shorts. Playing soccer just requires that you have two legs and a bit of agility. A person can have his arms cut off and still play soccer. An ostrich could play soccer. Watch a ball get rolled back and forth accross the feild? BORING!! As far as I'm concerned, the only thing soccer is good for is foosball.

Why is it called football? because it comes from the English game called Rugby Football. They just took off the rugby.

And u don't just catch the ball and get jumped, maybe you should watch the sport or read up on the rules of the game before you judge it. I could say the same thing about soccer, or any other sport without watching it or doing some research on the rules.

I agree with anyone who says soccer is queer.. lol especially the one where someone said even an ostrich could play.. haha. Football is the AMERICAN sport...
