I have a double keyed US lock deadbolt and the face plate won't come off!!!! (I'm trying to replace the deadbolt) There are no set screws and the plates are free turning. I don't see any latches or anything to get them loose... HELP!!!: I'm SOOO FRUSTRATED!

You press the Lock of Caps three times.

If you don't care about reusing the lock, you can try drilling it or cutting it off with a hacksaw.
