I just met a guy who I am getting along with great. We have so much fun talking and doing stuff, but I don't think the chemistry is all there to make a relashionship. Lately, he has been saying he loves me, and everytime he leaves how much he will miss me. It's starting to make me feel akward around him because I just want to be friends and nothing more. He wants me to reply with an "I love you" everytime he says it, but I don't feel comfortable saying that back. What should I do? Should I tell him how I feel? Tell him to back off? Be nice? Be mean? I'm not sure what to say to still be nice. What do I do????

I don't know your age here but when guys are telling a girl that they love her and she is giving him the cold shoulder he is either hopping to flame some time in the foreseable future, is already gay, or is under 22 years of age. To answer your question, what you should do is start being accountable to the guys you let in your life, and maybe take things slower in the future, so you are on the same page when someone says such things. As for this guy, who cares, if he is worthy of being a lover but not loved, his fate is wretched anyway. Just ignore his calls.

You said you just met this guy. Tell him that it takes time to develop a relationship and you are not at the point that you feel the same way about him as he does about you.

wow ..........i would think you would like that kinda stuff .......tell him how you feel , tell him you just want to be friends and hang and nothing more , if he really loves you i think he would understand . Maybe you might change your mind but just be honest with him and be nice

be honest and he will still love you for what you say u dont have 2 lie for him to like you but, if you do have to lie then you are too good for him and he doesnt deserve you
