I love to mow, I mow about 1 acre of lawn, I find it therapeutic, it gives me time to think.
Push mower only.

I love to mow the yard. We have over 5 acres and I mow it. In fact, just got a new riding lawn mower. It is great!

I'm so sick of mowing grass that I love tell you I'm sick of it.
I've got some kind of tough to kill weed in one corner of my yard..I can mow the lawn and in 2 days that weed has already thrown up a shoot and it about ready to throw it's seeds. I hate it...though when it's mowed it doesn't look so bad cause it's greenness kinda blends in with the grass!
When I was younger and would go visit my dad..he' would put us to work if we wanted some spending money.
My job...mow the grass. But once wasn't enough for my dad. I had to mow it horizontally and then vertically after that...I'm allergic to grass too...so I was Hatin' life over at my dads...
wasn't worth the $5 bucks of snot and sneezes it caused!

if i had a dollar for every lawn i mowed ! that goes way back ,when i was about 12 years old, my dad would mow and i said dad i sure would like to do that, oy, my dad was pretty smart! i have a small farm in upstate new york where i mow about five acres, then i go over to my aunts house and do hers! another two acres, thank goodness for the riding mower, of course my aunt feeds me! and has a sugar free dutch apple pie waiting ! those fringe benefits really work!

I HAVE 20 Acres but only mow about 1 of that..WHEN I HAD A PUSH MOWER I GOT EXERCISE BUT REALLY DID NOT LIKE DOING IT .now i have a riding lawn mower and can get it done in no time,i don't mind it so much

My husband mows about 2-3 times per week, he will always change the pattern - eg. diagonally, or a curved pattern - looks real nice.

I don't know... when I mow the lawn, I like to be a speed demon, and it gives me pride to make my yard look better... than again, I smell like grass.
